Factory area, which encompasses the timber industry, screw industry, cement industry and logistics industry manufactory chains that currently supports the economy of the district. The spatial function of the warehouse is to store, which brings about the challenge of breaking the boundaries of its pre-established purpose by converting it into an alternative space through the possibility of art; the physicality of the warehouse provides the basic conditions for an exhibition venue, but it is still relatively different from the artistic setting of a “White Cube” space. Therefore, the experimental “grey box” new state space concept is proposed. The local private companies have offered a space that will bring about new opportunities for public participation in arts and cultural activities in the area and eventually converting the area into a functional and participatory space that can be integrated into the everyday life of locals.
